THE ONLY PROGRAMME I'D INSTALLED APART FROM MCAFEE WAS FIREFOX WHAT IS THE SOLUTION TO THIS AS I THINK IT CAME IN WITH FIREFOX SOFTWARE. RAY

When you downloaded Firefox did you get it from an official Mozilla website, or somewhere else?

These are the best URL's to download Firefox from. http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/fx/#desktop or http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html

When you get Firefox from Mozilla directly, it most certainly doesn't contain Potentially Unwanted Programs, like some very popular program download site may have.
