You can close that Private Browsing mode window just like you normally would close the window by clicking the close X on the title bar or close all tabs in that window. You can also find it in the File menu if you use the keyboard shortcut Alt+F to open the File menu (it is hidden when you use the mouse).

Note that when you are in permanent Private Browsing mode (Always use Private Browsing mode) that all windows are PB mode windows.
