How do I copy the full email address including the name (in the "First Last <email@server.tld>" format)?

Right-click menu gives me the address itself, email@server.tld, but I would like to get the full thing without going back and manually copying the name.

Copy the entry to your address book, then open it.

How would I do that? If I right-click on an e-mail address in firefox I have a) copy e-mail address (which does not do what I want), b) inspect, c) inspect with firebug. Nothing about and addressbook.

And I don't want to add the address to some addressbook, I just want to paste it into another window, let's say a field in a bug report I have open.
