Computer is fine, I'm getting great speed, and Youtube and other shows keep crashing using FIREFOX while I'm using IE it doesn't happen, I optimized the browser, I reset and my computer doesn't have virus. I also updated the Shockwave and the Flash player, I uninstalled and re-installed the program and nothing happened. What should I do?

When Firefox crashes, it usually records information about what was happening at that moment. You can submit that data to Mozilla and share it with forum volunteers to see whether it points to the solution. Please check the last section of support article "Firefox Crashes" for steps to get those crash report IDs, and then post some of the recent ones here.

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.
