When I send messages, they are not received. I use Cox.net. All the settings for Cox.net are correct. Why is it that my messages are sent but not received?
I live in Brazil. I can successfully receive emails. When I send emails it says that they have been sent but no one ever receives them. I Talked to a Cox.net representatives and all my settings are correct. Can anyone help me with the problem?

No one here can tell you what your provider is doing with your messages. Once Thunderbird hands the email off to your providers server it is done. Your provider can track the message and tell you what is happening as it travels through its server. Ask them again but ask for a tech that knows what they are doing.
