Firefox cannot find any web sites. Was working fine yesterday. I tried to follow firewall fix suggested in support site accessed thru internet explorer, but Norton 360 as firewall software was not listed anywhere I looked. No changes made to Norton. Big Windows update recently,(automatically) possibly causing problems? ?? I tried to uninstall Firefox and download complete new version but the screen changed to "update" and no install wizard ever appeared . I tried "Reverting to previous version of Firefox" but this did not fix problems. Help would be appreciated. ekingston

Hi ekingston , try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) and then see if that helps.

Most often, issues like that are caused by a firewall or/and security software which doesn't recognize new Firefox (and for that blocks the new firefox version). You have to remove all program rules for firefox from your firewall and let it detect the new version of the browser again.{In windows safe mode with networking, security software is disable}

see in the next links to set up your firewall again :
