I've tried multiple times to upgrade to the latest version of Firefox. I click download, then run, and shortly after, a little pop-up appears titled "7-Zip" and the message "Access is denied" is within the pop-up.

It is possible that anti-virus software is causing the problem. Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test.
