Silverlight and Firefox problems
I frequently (every day) use a website call "Free Stock Charts". They use live streaming with Silverlight to show their subscribers real-time price actions. Recently I keep getting crashes on the site. I get an error message stating the the pluging has stopped functioning. Upon doing my own investigations I've discovered that Mozilla has issues with Silverlight plugins. If this is so, can you help me? I really need to have access to this site without having it crash on me. Thank you for your assistance. Reginald P.S. The url to the site is freestockcharts.com/platform/v1 Thank you.

Even IE has problems with Silverlight. Personally I don't see the problems, but a naive user can't use IE to watch BT Sport videos - their solution was to suggest using Chrome. Silverlight has some issues and it depends on your PC and what has gone before. A lot of which you don't know. MS Office updates recently killed off macros and quite a bit of activex on browsers. It took the world a few days to post solutions (more for browsers). Unnecessary, but the permutations of installations and configurations is so humungous these days, unpicking it is nye impossible. Predicting it - MS can't do that it seems.

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.
