When I right click and choose 'empty trash bin' I am no longer prompted for an answer. Deletion is automatic. I want to change this back to being prompted. I cannot find the solution.

Chosen solution

This is an educated (hopefully!) guess.

Say yes you'll be careful, if challenged. Type empty into the filter box at the top. Look through the entries and change them as appropriate. Mine looked like the attached.

I'd suggest you start with the "Don't ask again" variants and make them false; double-click to change.
