"Unfortunately, Firefox has stopped" message comes up after installing 34.0.1. App is unusable. I have rolled back to the previous version for now.

I have 2 phones this is happening on, both Galaxy S 4, stock running 4.4.4.

Tried:(in this order) 1-clear cache 2-clear data 3-reboot and uninstall 4-uninstall & download 34.0.1 from Mozilla website No luck..

Anyone have any other ideas or seen this happening?

HI artzmama, In order to better understand the issue, a little investigation will have to be done.

  • Are there any crash reports listed under the page about:crashes?
  • Do you have any addons or apps installed in Firefox? If so, please try to open it without these installed.
