Standard definition You Tube videos will only play at 360p and 240p, no 480p. HD videos will play at 720p, no 1080p. It was working until yesterday. I have not made any changes to Firefox. I tried upgrading to the latest version. This is not helping either. I don't have this problem when using Internet Explorer. The problem exists on both of my computers.

hello kmcvety, this should be an issue which is going to be resolved in firefox 36 - you could try it out right now in the beta version: https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/beta/
