i downloaded the recent version of mozilla/aol.com and it is awful, how can i get rid of it. it keeps reloading, i can't open new windows without aol popping u

aol.com keeps popping up in new windows, the adobe flashplayer doesn't work, even though i have the current version, it is a big problem with Windows 8. i would like to use mozilla, but it seems to be incompatible with aol.

i have refreshed twice, and now downloaded the link that was sent and it has not solved the problem

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar and search for prefs that refer to aol.com. You can reset user set (bold) prefs via the right-click context menu to the default value.

it does not appear that Mozilla and aol are compatible with windows 8. i keep getting error messages with the plug ins. adobe flash player does not work with mozilla, it is very slow even after updating it. i think i will just delete its usage.
