I downloaded the main installer and let it run, it says downloading. I left it for 30 min, still downloaing. My internet connection is fine, this is on my company's internal network. I tried to download the offline installer from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ but clicking on any of the download links result in a message saying the webpage is unavailable.

Hello amberabutler, probably your company's internal network blocks the download, try to boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) and then see if that allows to download and install Firefox from your next full installer link, the one in your question.(the link is fine, works perfect)

thank you
