One of our vendors insists that downgrading to FF versions 24 or 27 will resolve some compatibility issues with their website. I would like to know if Mozilla patches FireFox, or only upgrades.

Thanks, Mark G

hi mark, no old versions won't receive any patches - with one exception & that's the extended support release where one version is frozen feature wise for a year but still receives security updates. the esr release is currently on version 31.5.0: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/faq/
