I doubt it. Yes, probably.

You can open the Menu Panel with the "3-bar" button on the right-side of the Navigation Toolbar, then hit the ? button at the bottom of that Panel.

Then open About Firefox and use the Check for Updates button to get the new version of Firefox 36.


Basically, don't ever use any "bars" or buttons on any website for Firefox updates.
