Why isn't there a help (?) icon in my Menu window? how am I supposed to use it to update Firefox???

There isn't even a greyed out button, if I open with another program which indicates an update is available I get sent to a language selection page. AND I cannot upload a simple gif screenshot to this page!...

if you go to "about firefox" in the help menu, it will trigger a check for updates.

Ta! Da! it's working, wouldn't a simple "Update" link be more user friendly "about" usually means program version size etc, not intuitive - at least to this Luddite!
