Your support page references a star icon to click when creating a bookmark, on my firefox browser page there is none! How do I find the star?
When I migrated from ms explorer to firefox my favorite folders were arranged across the top of the page like a toolbar but there is no star icon above that just a home page icon and a monitor downloads icon - no star icon like in google chrome...

Hello Tenrag and welcome to firefox :D
At the top right you will see (hopefilly) a home button, right click that button and click customize.
This will open a new tab which will have a customizeable screen for your firefox, click and drag the icons you desire to your toolbar.
Hope this helped Brad

On the web page, right click an empty area. At the top of the option menu is the star.
Kudos to both Brad and Fred: simple explanation; simple solution. Thank you both!
