Firefox crashes
I am using a MAC OSX and I will start my computer and it will open (slowly but it does open).
I will not be on the internet, only trying to work on important MS Word documents and about 5 minutes into it the computer will freeze and a box saying Mozilla has crashed will show up. When I try to click on the box to report the crash, the computer will not respond, so I have no way of even alerting Mozilla as to the crash, since it won't let me type or anything.
This started about a month or so ago, but it has been getting worse and I am at the point of wanting to leave Mozilla entirely but I am willing to give it one more try. Please help! And speak to me like I am a five year old as I am not computer savvy in any way shape or form!

For some time now, a lot of Mac’s with Microsoft programs have been crashing. Check with Microsoft / Mac support sites.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
While in Safe Mode;
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
