Sometimes when I open Firefox, I see Chinese characters strong all the way across the top of the area of the banner. I am concerned that maybe somebody is stealing my information. Not sure if somehow that was part of the hidden background that I s not supposed to be seen. But I need to know either how to get rid of them or to know that they're not going to be a problem for me.

Hi, this is a known problem with McAfee Site Adviser, so if you are using it, that could be the cause. Here's a link to their forum, and here's instructions for removing it - should you wish to.

It is said on their forum that updating McAfee will fix it, which might be an option.

Hope that helps.
