Firefox for Android supports cookies and they are enabled by default.

Checking if the preferences are set for cookies are enabled by typing about:config in the address bar, in the filter type network.cookie.cookieBehavior. If nothing shows up then cookies should work. If the item is bold tap on it and choose reset.
