Coupon.com printer plug in does not work.

I haven't used coupon.com in a while and, although the plug in shows in the list, the printer does not work. I have reloaded the printer and upgraded Firefox to 37.0.1, but still it doesn't work. Prior to reloading the printer, it would just say "printing coupons" forever and never print. After re-loading it, the button doesn't work at all. It does, however work in IE.
