How can I get favorite folders to display at the top?

In my folder list on the left-hand side, all the folders display. I know that I can get TB to display just my 'favorite folders' by going to View|Folders, but it seems that I can *either* display just the favorites, *or* everything. I would like the display to look like Outlook i.e. all the folders, with the favorites in a little bunch at the top at the same time. Is this possible?
