I have been using Firefox and Thunderbird for years and no problem until now. Had may computer service and had to reload Firefox. When click on Firefox icon, msn opened as search. I went through several times proceeded to change search to google, but kept coming back to msn (which I hate). Finally after much try and error I got Google to come up as search, but it appears to be "home page" instead of Firefox. How can I get Firefox page back and use Google as search?

Also, is there anyway to get someone on phone when problem comes up?
