I had Norton help me & it still would not work & so they said to uninstall the Mozilla & then reinstall it & now the Norton tool bar does not even show up in the add ons? I have the latest Norton my live updates are up to date & so I guess I will not use it as, when I do searches it helps me as it lets me know when the web sites are safe or not and so I will just have to use Mozilla only in a emergency.......as Norton Toolbar wont work in it & it is important to me......so thanks

I have had my own problems with Norton. But it works fine now. I will give you instructions to follow. Please do as posted.

https://support.norton.com

Download the current full installers for your Norton programs and save them.

Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product

After rebooting the computer, run a registry scanner. Then run the installers.

Norton showed where to exclude things from Autoprotect Open Norton Administrative Settings. Under Performance Monitoring, find Program Exclusions. To its far right, press the Configure + link.

You will have to add each program one at a time from the Mozilla Firefox and Mozilla Maintenance Service<Windows> folders..
