Going through email on aol, and/or surfing, my computer hpG72-257cl notebook (Windows 7) starts hanging, then it crashes. The report ID is igd10umd32.dll@0x280a1, and cdcba4d4-6660-4e5b-928e-bac9f2150523. Interestingly, on the report id page, my OS is listed as Windows NT. At any rate, I don't know if the numbers below are helpful, but I included them. Thanks, Mike

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
