I am getting a message saying "Firefox can't find the server at wtr-wec-test3.johnlewis.co.uk". I have no problem accessing it on other computers and no problem with other websites. Waitrose Techie Support have suggested clearing cache etc, which I've done but it hasn't helped. I have no idea what to do now.

wtr-wec-test3.johnlewis.co.uk is not resolved by DNS, i.e. Firefox (or any other browser) cannot determine the corresponding IP. This isn't a Firefox problem.

If this works on other computers you may use a different DNS there which happens to know about wtr-wec-test3.johnlewis.co.uk.

Hi, if by any chance you are trying to access the site from a bookmark, it may be that the address has changed slightly. So you need to enter the address manually and create a new bookmark. http://www.waitrose.com/ works for me.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you.
