I installed Thunderbird program in 4 computers. When I changed the password in one computer, the others don't change . I want to know how to change my password in all the devices in one step.

You don't. If you told Thunderbird to save your email password, it is saved on each computer that you selected that option on. You need to delete the saved passwords on each computer and then the next time Thunderbird gets a password request from the server you will get a dialog box requesting the password be entered.

I am hoping that you are asking about replacing the saved passwords. To actually change your email password you have to work with your email provider.
