Hi, first try the site in another browser or check it here.

If it isn't a site issue, follow the instructions for 'Clear history for that site' in Websites say cookies are blocked - Unblock them.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you.

If you want, post the link with a warning.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Scribe Sorry don't have most of what the articular says I should found privacy but most of the items that I suppose to use aren't there. Cant get all history to come up. No little = tab on computer up by fire fox. Dumer than most and not sure there is a way I can fix this issue. Really F@@##ing frustrating.

FredMcD NO problem starting fire fox comes up when I hit the inter-net eye con. Don't know what starting in safe mode would do.

Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes). If the problem goes away, that tells us one thing. If it does not, that tells us something else.

FredMcD Sorry in late response under the weather and am real bad at computer stuff. Was able to get machine started in safe mode took a while to find fire fox but did, when I entered the web page it came up. So now what? When I tried to get it to open off of the history it wouldn't.

Hi, if it's OK in Safe Mode, it's likely to be one of your extensions or a theme that is causing the problem. So Press Ctrl + Shift + A to open them, and try disabling them one by one until you find the culprit (they can easily be re-enabled if not at fault). I see you have Content Blocker so that might be a good starting point.

Ctrl+Shift+A When and where do I do that? Should I be on my home page and nothing else open? Is there a short cut some place remember my home page doesn't have the little = symbol up top just words an no fire fox symbol on the page any where.

Thanks for all the help feel like I am making progress!!

You can press those keys all together, on any page - this one if you like, but not in Safe Mode which is just for diagnostic purposes, and select Extensions etc., from the left-hand side.

When I do that a Fire Fox page opens with a video to watch an things to add on, not a list of add ons that I have. There is an option under tools at the top of my page to restart with add ons off but afraid to try that not knowing what will happen. Thought there was a way to see add ons I have from the tabs on top, file edit view history Bookmarks tools help.

Hi, you are looking at 'Get Add-ons' in the list on the left. You need to select 'Extensions' or 'Appearance' - (if you have changed the default theme), or 'Plugins.' In each of those, you can change the settings, for example in Extensions (add-ons), you can temporarily disable them one by one as I described earlier. In Plugins, you can set to Never Activate or Ask to Activate if necessary.

As I Suggested before, Content Blocker might be a good one to disable first.

You can indeed access add-ons from the main menu at the top of the screen by going to Tools > Add-ons - It's just another way of getting to the same place!

For reference, you can bring up the main menu temporarily by pressing Alt, or permanently by right clicking in the tab bar (not on a tab) and tick/check Menu Bar.
