Firefox is no longer compatible with the Ameritrade website: https://trade.tdameritrade.com/main.gm

What happens is: (1) Go to https://trade.tdameritrade.com/main.gm (2) The keyboard is disabled (unable to type) in the password & user name fields (3) Can't quit Firefox or get out of the web page without using mouse & File Menu (4) Reopening Firefox, it works fine with other sites

That is a Flash object on this page and that also causes the keyboard not to work until you use the mouse to set focus outside the browser window (i.e. the Flash object). I see a cursor in the input field, but I need to click the field with the mouse to be able to type in it.

Do you otherwise have a problem with Flash?

Hi, Thanks for your message. Clicking in the password field unfortunately doesn't help, and seems to disable the keyboard (I'm not even able to quit Firefox when that happens).

I have the latest flash, and no problems at any other site, nor with Safari. I have notified Ameritrade several times, but apparently they feel it's a problem with Firefox. I've tested this on OSX 10.10.3 (latest) and also OSX 10.6.8 and OSX 10.8.5. None of them work with Firefox 37 or 38 at the page https://trade.tdameritrade.com/main.gm Only Firefox 36.0.4 and previous versions work with that page.

Thanks again for your response

PS, I've tried on 3 different machines, two MacBookPros, and a Mac Pro.
