Firefox crashes
Whenever I open Firefox, it usually crashes after being open sometime between 10 seconds to one minute. I have tried running it in Safe Mode, refreshing it, and I've run programs to find and remove malware, but the same thing happens. What can I do to fix it?

Hi, the crashes seem to be caused by Shockwave Flash. You could can see it by pressing Ctrl + Shift + A > Plugins. More info - Flash Plugin - Keep it up to date and troubleshoot problems.

You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- make sure you have the latest Flash version:
http://www.adobe.com/special/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html - check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
- disable hardware acceleration in Firefox
