Can someone help me please?

I am having real bother playing videos on Youtube. It has been like this for the last couple of days.

I tried reinstalling Adobe Flash but it didn't work.

Other video sites like Dailymotion.com play beautifully it is just Youtube.

What happens is the video will start up but after a 1 - 2 minutes it will just freeze and crash the browser.

I am on Firefox 39 for Windows 7 and have the latest Flash installed.

We are hear to help.

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers

https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)

  • disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
