Firefox crashes on YouTube and Vimeo in combination with Flash player

more options

I am using the latest version of Firefox on Mac (39.0) in combination with the latest Flash player plugin. When using this combination the Firefox browser always crashes when trying to watch a movie in YouTube and Vimeo. Ik think it has something to do with a conflict between html5 and the Flash player within Firefox. I tried everything : reinstalling Firefox, reinstalling Flash after removing it first, empty cache, cookies and history of Firefox and relaunching it, etc... . Nothing helps. Watching YouTube and Vimeo keeps on crashing Firefox. Please your advice please.

I have the same problem. A Vimeo page will load and FireFox crashes, then again sometimes FireFox (43.0) will crash, it seems at random ?
