A site that I visit frequently suddenly stopped loading 3 days ago. I constantly get the "Connection Timed Out" message. However, I can access the site on my phone as can my neighbor (using the same wi-fi). I've cleared cookies and cache, restarted the router, and added the site to the exceptions list. The forum page of the site loads, but no one there could provide any reasons why both of my computers seem to have trouble with it.

Thank you for your assistance!

What 'exceptions list'?

Can you provide a link?
