I was on the Redbox website and clicked on Find DVD nearby and accidentally disabled the share location function. Does anyone know how I can re-enable this function?

You also can check site-specific permission settings using the Permissions panel of the Page Info dialog. While on the site, you can call that up using any of these:

  • right-click and choose View Page Info > Permissions
  • (menu bar) Tools menu > Page Info > Permissions
  • click the padlock or globe icon to the left of the site address > More Information > Permissions

Scroll down and look for "Access your location". If it is set to Block and you want to Allow it, you can make the change there. (If necessary, uncheck the Use default box to enable the specific settings.)

If you click the globe/padlock on the location/address bar then you should also see changes that you made from the default in the doorhanger that opens.

You can click "More Information" to open "Tools > Page Info" with the Security tab selected Go to the Permissions tab (Tools > Page Info > Permissions) to check the permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab
