Firefox doesn't use the Windows Registry to store settings.

You can find the home page setting here:

  • Tools > Options > General > Startup: Home page

Note that Firefox supports multiple home pages separated by '|' (pipe) symbols.

That setting is stored in the browser.startup.homepage pref that you can find on the about:config page.
