Updated to 38.2.0 ESR, now new links (tabs) won't load unless I constantly move the cursor. This happened in a previous update and I reloaded an older version. Is there another fix?

hello croatcat, multiple other affected users have reported that this was an issue caused by malware on their pc. please run a full scan of your system with the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner (both these security tools are free).
