I got a warning notice from Yahoo that someone was signing into my mail, and web-site from Richardson, TX they wanted to know if it was me or a hacker. I checked my IP and internet service; its from California. but there was a long list of sign-ins from Richardson, TX (2602:306:cd7f:62fo:h5dc:e286:9196) for the last 19 days(Aug 12?) then from CA a few days, then back to Richardson, TX, with the Firefox logo. Am I safe or whats happening?

Chosen solution

Step one, Change Your E-mail Password NOW ! ! !

Step two, Just In Case, You may have ad / mal-ware. Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

Step three, What does this webpage say about your location? http://whatismyipaddress.com/

Separate Issue; Your System Details shows;

Installed Plug-ins

Shockwave Flash 18.0 r0 Shockwave Flash 11.6 r602
Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Note: Edge on Win10 does not use ActiveX version but its own Flash.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Flash Player Version 18.0.0.232
https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
Note: Windows users must download the “Internet Explorer” and “Plugin-based browsers” installers.

I did change my password, but since I have to go on the internet to do it, I am still going through Richardson, TX. All I want to know is: does Mozilla Firefox use Richardson, TX for the browser. I am not a computer person so don't speak the language. I gave the URL Firefox is using, is it legal? Is it yours?

ps: I do have Flash Payer Version 18.0.0.232

I found the problem. ATT is my internet service provider, and they have offices in TX. Tomorrow I WILL get on the phone and find out all the trouble. Also, I think Yahoo is getting carried away with their security notices. I paniced. So sorry
