I would like an option to only be notified of the updates that are a full step-i.e. update build 41 to 42 & ignore all minor update notifications.

Having to click "Ask Me Later" every few hours until the next major build is annoying. So, I guess I'm asking for an option to choose how often I get notified & what I get notified of. Thank you.

Minor updates (like 41.0.1) are released to fix security issues and stability issues in the previous major update (which come out every 6 weeks). You don't want to ignore those updates (especially since it just takes a second to restart Firefox)

What Firefox 41.0.1 was for. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/41.0.1/releasenotes/

The minor updates are for stability and or security reasons.

If you miss a update (which is a small partial update) you should get a full size update file for next update instead.
