Hi, When I get an e-mail and choose Reply in order to send an answer to the sender, then often the text written by the sender is not included in my reply, the sender´s text is gone, only my text in my reply will be there. How do I change in the Settings so that the sender´s text will not be deleted automatically? Kind regards, Yvonne

it is either on or off. on a per account basis. so if it is often but not always I doubt any setting is the issue.

Right click the account in the folder pane and select settings . in Composition and addressing make sure the Automatically quote option is selected.

In the write window, right click the toolbar and select customize. Drag the Quote icon to the toolbar Now you can click to insert a quote of the last viewed message. Even if you are not replying or forwarding.
