Many of my regular emails are being sent direct to the spam or junk folder when they are not spam and have no spam characteristics. Where can I find my list of safe email addresses and add to it the email addresses of these emails?

Thanks, Sashoto. Of course: silly of me. I have now added the relevant email addresses to the safe lists in Gmail and Outlook, which I hope should do the trick.

Hello Brian, are you using Mozilla Thunderbird? If not then it will be better if you ask the question on the email provider / email client's forum.
