I am taking a language course that requires lots of audio play using the QuickTime plug in via FireFox. This is the only way to successfully play the audio recordings. Safari and Chrome applications do not work. The audio files have been working perfectly until I recently upgraded my mac to the OSX Capitan this weekend. I can no longer access or play the audio files. Looking into the FireFox plugins, QuickTime is no longer in the given list.

How do I get QuickTime back as a plug in?

Methods I have tried that have no worked: 1. Going to Library>Internet Plugins: This folder is empty. 2. Using Time Machine: I have never used Time Machine before, therefore it was not on prior to the OSX upgrade.

I really appreciate any suggestions, as I need the audio files to work ASAP!
