When in private mode,on a chat platform,how do i get cam to operate,i touch it on the site,but nothing happens..the samsung tab s has a cam front and back...i need the front one..and "totally frustrated "with your HELP !!..asking you "everything" BUT NOT what you NEED TO KNOW..

I know that there are apps on the play store that let's you control the use of the camera from the device. However I do know that a site can request permission to use detected cameras. Do you have an example site? This might help create a good bug report.
