Tools > Import > Address Books produces these options: - Eudora (grayed out) - Outlook (grayed out) - Outlook Express - Text file - vCard file

Thanks! That worked nicely, but actually:

  • .ics import produced all generic "Busy" appointments
  • .csv worked very slowly, but it worked.
Lightning must be installed.

This was a fresh installation so it came with.
