I can open this link in google chrome but I want to use Firefox. When I open the ling I get a gray screen and a message in the middle " A plug-in is needed to display this content." It is not telling me what plug-in. There is a gray globe in the address bar. How do I get this to open?

Can you post a link to this page if it publicly accessible (i.e. no authentication or signing on required)?

You can check the type in the Inspector by right-click that plugin area and navigate up in the DOM tree until you see the OBJECT/EMBED tag.
