If I start reading text on a web page, it is clear and readable. I then scroll down to contonue, then the text blurs and becomes illegible. It does not clear on waiting. This ONLY happens with Firefox. This is the reason why I don't use Firefox on my tablet. This happens on the tablets, not my laptop.
