plugin`s notifications box doesn't appear now. Any email notifications and feedly

Hello.

I need urgent help. After some actions, notifications box has disappeared. Notifications box for plugins, like gmail notifier or feedly plugin or outlook web app notifications. See the attachment please.

The problem is that since I use linux as main OS. Firrefox with outlook web app notifications plugin is the only one way not to miss important email or meeting. Couple of days ago everything was great.

I've tried to reset firefox using this https://support.mozilla.org/ru/kb/sbros-firefox-lyogkoe-reshenie-bolshinstva-problem

It doesn't work for me.
