When printing an email, we get a page of computer jargon before the message - how do you hide this so it doesn't print?

The computer jargon appears in a panel just below the listed emails and before the contents of the message. I'm sure it's something simple but have spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. We get a whole page of programming before the email and we are wasting paper. I don't think we have a print preview in the system? Please advise. Thank you for your time !
