as soon as i added sync, my computer crashes. I uninstalled and my computer works. Installed again and it crashes
Computer checks out fine without firefox, but as soon as I add firefox sync it crashes. I just installed a new hd because my last one crashed as well. The laptop works well that I am trying to sync from. I just really must have my bookmarks and signins as I have an online business.

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

I'm writing this now from my laptop as my computer is doing a "necessary"chkdsk. I didn't see a crash report from firfefox and it crashed my computer real fast, but should windows give me one when it gets back up I will send it. I will likely have to remove firefox before windows can load normally(without internet because it crashed when opening a browser), but maybe in safe mode, as I used before to get back windows, it may give me a windows crash number, but I didn't see a number last time.
When check disk is done.

Okay. I ran sfc no errors. Chkdsk-windows came up normal and when I opened firefox it crashed the pc. I have now firefox open in safe mode and it says no crashes reported. What now?
Oh, I did see in a blink of an eye during the crash dump, I think, something about "pool header"

Experimental Features
I am on my main computer now after reinstalling firefox without sync. It crashed again after trying to add some items so I did another un and in. Troubleshooting identified one thing: the driver for the graphics card not compatible with Aero Effects WDDM -something like that.wrong driver..so I searched all night for the correct driver. No program for driver install worked so I did windows update, again.
I just checked troubleshooter for Aero Effects and windows no longer sees a problem.
I've called the big guys to help you. Good luck.
Until this is fixed, disable sync on all devices.
Thanks.
