I use an HP DeskJet 3630 all in one series, I cannot get to scan a doc, is firefox blocking the signal?

I have a new printer, the latest HP model. It is an HP DeskJet 3630. I need to copy music for my wife, and enlarge it to A4 size as she has an eyesight problem. To do this I have to scan from the printer to my laptop and then increase the size from A5 to A4 on the laptop. I can then print it out on the printer. This is the theory!!!. The scanning process does not work. Is the Firefox wall stopping the signal. If so how do i clear it.

hi, as firefox is just a webbrowser it won't be involved in scanning a document at all. please consult HP's customer support at support.hp.com if you are having an issue getting their product to work instead. thank you for your understanding!
