Ive read many threads and no answer given to this issue of not being able to send due to smtp password failure. No passwords are saved in TB so it's not a matter of removing and adding new password. I'm using the password for my gmail account which this works through. I only use TB for mail merging an sending multiple emails from a spreadsheet.

You have actually checked the email password store? It is empty?
